REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION REPORT
VanaVani witnessed the celebration of the 72nd Republic Day on the 26th January, 2021. Principal, Vice-principal, Section heads, teaching and non-teaching staff, participants and parents took part with patriotic fervor. The chief guest for the day Chairman, Prof. Arun K Tangirala , hoisted the National Flag and administered the pledge. The cultural items included patriotic songs, speeches, skit and Tamil debate. Mr. Vidhya Sekharan, the former HOD of the Tamil department of our School acted as the Judge for the debate. In his speech, the Chief Guest highlighted the importance of character building and also gave an insight on the importance of the constitutional rights. As part of the celebration the Interact club students were given with certificates. The programme ended with National Anthem. The celebration was aired live in the school’s You Tube Channel.
